ABOUT
My name’s Jon Siegel, I’m a Tokyo based graphic designer, originally from Boston in the U.S.A. I started ninjaflavor out of spite for the “standard” printed guidebooks. I tired of the same content never updating and good bars never getting a second chance after a bad review, not to mention some decent spots not even getting a review. Hopefully this will correct the problem and allow for people to challenge poor reviews of services and help small businesses improve and grow. I’ll do my best to write as often as possible. I know I’m thinking too big and I’m no hot programmer, but I love to write about my travels and I hope you out there will join me in discussing our favorite cheap dives and good times across the world. As I mentioned in the submissions page, if anyone is interested in writing here as well, I’ll build an authors page to display profiles and link back to their own websites.
